The problems

The problems that slow an operation down

weTrack was built to fix these, one by one.

  1. The problemAssets, inventory, maintenance and safety data live in separate systems and spreadsheets

The fixOne record for everything your company runs, from the asset to the invoice behind it

  2. The problemNobody is sure where a piece of equipment is, or which site it belongs to

The fixEvery asset resolves to a fixed point: site, location and GPS, on the record

  3. The problemThe morning starts with phone calls to find out what happened overnight

The fixReal-time dashboards run the morning off one screen

  4. The problemParts leave the shelf and the paperwork catches up later, or never

The fixInvoicing and inventory move with the work, so the part stays on the record

  5. The problemSafety reporting sits in binders until an audit forces a scramble

The fixweTrack Safety keeps the reporting audit-ready at a moment's notice

  6. The problemOperators and their vendors work off different records of the same job

The fixBoth sides see the same record: operators compare vendors, suppliers build reports their clients trust

Sites and locations

Every site, on one record

Every site, asset, service entry, and photo is tied to a real GPS location, not whatever someone happened to type into a name field.

Asset tracking

If your company runs it, it can be tracked

Vehicles, machines, tools, parts, the buildings they sit in. Any asset can be tracked, independently of the vendor who serviced it, and anything tracked feeds the analytics.

Real-time dashboards

Run the morning off one screen

Dashboards update live as your crews and vendors enter the data, so you're always analyzing the current picture, not last week's export. No third-party BI tool to license, model, or keep alive.

Invoicing and inventory

The part leaves the shelf and stays on the record

Full invoicing and inventory control run on the same record as the field work, so what you consumed and what you billed are not two separate stories told by two separate systems.

Inventory and invoicing

Operator and vendor

Talk to the vendor on the record, not around it

weTrack carries the communication between you and your service vendors in the same system that holds the job, the parts, the photos and the report. Whoever is reading it, the record stays yours.

weTrack for operators

Client portal

Clients see their own record, live

The client portal gives clients direct access to their own equipment performance and service records in real time. The report becomes something they can check, instead of something they are told.

Safety

Safety management connected to the work.

weTrack Safety supports safety reporting, compliance and audit management, and root cause analysis. Use it on its own or alongside asset, service and maintenance data to review a safety question with the relevant operational history.

Security and IT

Bring your IT team to the demo

Protection

Review your security requirements

Bring your requirements for account access, data handling, backup and recovery to RPT. Ask our team to confirm the current arrangements for your deployment.

Data handling

Your data stays in the system

The analytics run inside the platform, so producing a report does not mean shipping a copy of your operating data to an outside BI tool.

Set-up

Built around your own records

Set-up starts with your sites, assets, parts catalog and report templates, so the platform reflects how your operation already runs. Ask our team what to have ready before the demo.

Before you ask

The questions that arrive before the demo does

Is weTrack built for one industry?

No. What the platform holds is an asset, a location, the work done to it, who did that work and what it cost. None of that belongs to one industry, and weTrack is in use across more than one. If your operation tracks equipment across sites, it fits. Ask us about yours.

Our vendors already send us service reports. What does weTrack add?

An independent copy. When the only record of a repair is the report from the shop that did it, there is no basis for comparing one supplier against another, or for spotting the part that keeps coming back. weTrack tracks the equipment on your side of the relationship, so the comparison is yours rather than theirs.

How does implementation work?

Set-up is part of the product, not an invoice line that arrives afterwards. We move the historical data out of the system you are on now, get your parts catalog in, and build the reports you actually run before anyone is asked to work in it day to day. After that you have a team that knows your set-up by name.

What do the crews use in the field?

RPT Mobile, on iOS and Android. Work is recorded on site and the photos and video the crew captures attach themselves to the service record, so the report shows the work instead of describing it.

Can our vendors, or our clients, see their own records?

Yes. Through the client portal, in real time. Operators and supply companies work off the same record.

Do we need a BI or reporting tool on top of it?

No. Charting, trend analysis and day-to-day reporting are part of the platform and run against any data set you collect, including the safety record, over any date range. Nothing has to be exported into a third-party tool before it can be read.

How is the data protected?

Ask RPT to review current account access, infrastructure, and backup and recovery arrangements against your requirements. Bring your IT team's questions to the demo or contact us before choosing a deployment.

Next step

Bring us the job you argued about

A demo is a working session, not a slide deck. Bring a location, the equipment standing on it and the last vendor report you had to take on faith, and we will show you the same job tracked on your side of it.
