RPT Mobile

One app. Both products. One record.

RPT Mobile is the one app for Rod Pumps and weTrack, on iOS and Android. What a crew records in it lands on the same record the office reads.

In the app

Five menu items. Three buttons. One record.

The whole app, as the crew sees it. Two screens, rebuilt from the app with demo data where customer names would be.

The menu

Five doors

Dashboard, Locations, Inventory, Offline data, Settings. That is the whole menu. Scan QR, Scan NFC and History sit underneath it.

Locations

Every location, by name

Operator, name, details, county and state, in one list. Search is by location name. Nothing else to remember.

Scan and History

Scan QR. Scan NFC. History.

Three buttons at the foot of the menu, none of them buried. What a scan opens on your own equipment, and what History holds on your own records, is the first thing we show at the demo.

Offline data

Offline data has its own door

It is one of the five menu items, not a setting. Bring the phone you carry and the sites you lose signal on, and we will show you how it behaves there rather than describe it here.

Photos and video

Turn the phone around. That is the form.

Photos and video captured in the app attach themselves to the service record. The report shows the work instead of describing it.

Same record

What the phone writes, the office reads

The app writes to the same record the web application reads. Not a copy of it, not an export from it. The same record.

Review the field record from both ends

RPT Mobile serves Rod Pump Tracker and weTrack on iOS and Android. The app and web application use the same record, with photos and video captured in the app attached to service work. The useful test is whether the person in the office can understand what the field crew recorded.

  1. Choose a location and equipment record that your crew recognizes.
  2. Review what QR or NFC scanning opens with your equipment identifiers.
  3. Capture the service information and supporting media used in your workflow.
  4. Open the corresponding record in the web application and review the result together.

For the wider equipment register, explore asset tracking. For the reports delivered to clients, see supplier service reporting.

Check the conditions your crew works in

Bring the phones, tags and example records your team uses. If connectivity varies, ask RPT to demonstrate which data is available offline, how work is handled while disconnected and what happens when the connection returns. The app includes an Offline data menu; the behavior required by your particular workflow should be confirmed during the demonstration.

Next step

Bring your phone to the demo

We will put RPT Mobile on it, open a location from the Locations list, and show you the same record on the web application beside it. Two products, one app, one record.
