What this site collects

This website has no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and icons are served from our own server. Third-party services used for demo form security and optional live chat are described below.

If you use live chat

Live chat loads only if you ask for it. Nothing from our chat provider, HubSpot, loads until you press Chat with us. When you do, HubSpot's chat window loads and sets its own cookies so the conversation can continue as you move between pages, and what you type in the chat is sent to HubSpot and to our team. We do not load HubSpot's analytics or advertising tracking. Once you have opened chat, this browser remembers that choice and keeps the chat available on later pages; clearing this site's data resets it.

When you use a form

The contact, demo request and careers forms collect what you type into them: your name and email address and, depending on the form, your company, phone number, message, and any resume or cover letter you attach.

We also record the time of submission, the IP address the request came from and your browser's user-agent string. That is used to answer you, to trace a submission if something goes wrong, and to block automated spam. It is not used to profile you and it is not sold or shared for marketing.

Demo form security

When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile loads on demo request pages to help block automated submissions. Your browser connects to Cloudflare for the security check, and our server sends the resulting verification token to Cloudflare before accepting the request. We do not include your name, email, phone number or message in that verification request. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for information about its processing of browser and connection data.

Cookies

The only cookies this site sets are the strictly necessary ones ASP.NET Core uses to protect forms against cross-site request forgery and to carry a confirmation message across the redirect after you submit. They are session cookies, they hold no personal information, and there is nothing to opt into. Live chat adds HubSpot's own cookies, as described above, and only after you open it.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are retained while they are commercially relevant, such as during an open sales conversation or while an application is under consideration. Ask us to delete yours and we will, at [email protected].

Who else sees it

Submissions are delivered to RPT Industries staff by email and stored on infrastructure we control. We do not sell personal information.

Your requests

Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Include enough detail for us to find the record. The email address you used and roughly when you contacted us is usually enough.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies.
