Yes. Rod Pump Tracker is built around the relationship between the two. Pump shops submit service reports directly into the platform, production companies see them the moment they are filed, and both sides work off the same shared view of the well.
Can field techs use it without a laptop?
Yes. Techs log service work from the well site on RPT Mobile, on iOS and Android, with no paperwork to carry back and re-enter later. Photos and video from the job attach themselves to the service record.
Does it handle invoicing, or just reporting?
Both. Completed service reports turn into invoices, and parts and inventory are tracked alongside the work, so the invoice and the record never drift apart.
How long does it take to get set up?

Is Rod Pumps a different product from weTrack?
Rod Pump Tracker was RPT Industries' first product, built in 2008 to get accurate data out of the pump shops, and it's still a standalone product today, purpose-built for rod pump tracking. In 2017, that same foundation gave rise to weTrack, a separate platform that extends tracking and analytics to any kind of well equipment and, since then, to industries beyond the oilfield. The two work independently or together: rod pump data can feed into weTrack, but Rod Pump Tracker remains its own product, not a feature of it.
